Josh went from hobby F45'er to lifting and training machine!

Meet Josh! coming from an F45 background josh wanted something more guided and structured! He joined our gym and through months of hard training, following the program and set nutrition plans with his meticulous process focused mindset he achieved an INCREDIBLE body (and mind) transformation. Through plenty of discussion and interaction with our coaches he also was lead down the path of enjoying trail running and endurance events! The rest is history, Josh has sky rocketed his enthusiasm for training and life with this new found body, energy and mindset with goals to keep pushing boundaries in tough endurance events!

Training TLD classes 4-5 x per week, also developed new love for trail running and endurance events with head coach support and guidance! Nutritional knowledge supports the demands of Joshes physical efforts! (though plans and education) This is a truly astounding transformation over 10 months.

Antionnette's incredible transformation!

Antoinette came to us wanting to take control of her fitness and health having dabbled in some group training before she also decided that was was keen to not only drop fat but also build some strength and muscle! She heard that we offered a strength style programming and meant she'd be to lift some weights and learn the proper technique of lifting!

Before:

Group fitness training , no nutrition focus, no intentional movement just getting some training in and going through the motions!

After:

Enjoys conditioning classes we offer at TLD but the foundation is built on lifting (and lifting properly!) Pair this with the consistently following meal plans set for her and getting educated on how to fuel her body properly for performance and we have an 8kg drop in body fat in all the right places and a great increase in overal strength, muscle tone and energy!

Absolutely loving the classes at The Lift Dept! I was initially nervous and intimidated about joining group classes, but the atmosphere, people, and ongoing support at TLD have been fantastic.
