Learn how to breathe, brace, set posture, and move through the squat pattern with confidence.

Squat Progressions & Intro to Hip Hinge
Progress from dumbbell to barbell squatting and begin hip hinge work (RDL, deadlift setup).

Refining Hinge & Conventional Deadlift
Refine mechanics and progress into the full conventional deadlift with proper form.

Strength Testing & Weak-Link Coaching
Test the lifts with controlled load and address any weak links or sticking points.
