These 1-on-1 sessions teach the core skills that make training feel better, safer, and more effective. Things like how to breathe properly for lifting, how to brace your core, and how to move through the main lifts with confidence.
For anyone newer to lifting, it’s the best way to feel “class-ready” without feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do.
But it’s not only for beginners. Even people who’ve been training for years often pick up little habits along the way that are unknowingly working against them. A few focused sessions can make training feel smoother, stronger, and way more enjoyable.
In short: If you’re new, it builds your foundation. If you’ve trained before, it takes what you’re already doing and makes it better.
