At The Lift Dept, there’s more than one way to train, and the right path depends on your goals, experience, and how much support you want.
Most people train with us through our Small Group Strength & Conditioning classes. It’s the backbone of our training model and the easiest way to stay consistent, get coached weekly, and see steady progress.
For those who are newer to lifting or need more technical attention, we offer Foundations PT. For people chasing body composition changes, we run 10-Week Transformation Challenges 3x/year, plus Nutrition Mentorships for those starting outside challenge windows.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Coached sessions 6 days a week, combining progressive strength training and conditioning. Every workout is programmed and led by expert coaches. Choose from LIFT (strength), HYBRID (strength + conditioning), SWEAT (conditioning), and SCULPT (accessory work).

LIFTING FUNDAMENTALS PERSONAL TRAINING
Our 3-session Fundamentals Series teaches the difference between moving weights and lifting well. You’ll learn proper breathing and core engagement before layering in the more complex barbell movements, so you not only get the most out of classes, but you can stay injury free and build strength safely.
