Our signature training sessions combine progressive strength training and conditioning in a structured, coach-led format. This isn’t a class where you’re left to figure it out. Every session is programmed in advance, coach-run, and capped at 12 members to ensure you get individualised attention while training alongside a motivated team.

What to Expect in a Typical Session

Warm-up & Movement Prep

10 minutes – Mobility and activation

Skill/Strength Work

20-25 minutes – Technical coaching on main lifts

Conditioning/ Accessory

15-20 minutes – Metabolic work or muscle-building

Cool-down

5 minutes – Recovery and mobility

Note: Session structure varies by class type. LIFT focuses more on strength, SWEAT focuses more on conditioning, etc.
