With nearly 30 years of weight training experience, James is a Cert III & IV qualified Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in Boxing and Nutrition. A former bodybuilding competitor, he is passionate about helping people live healthier, stronger, and fitter lives. Outside the gym, James enjoys long walks, church, and spending quality time with family and friends

10+ Years Coaching Experience, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, PSL1 Certificate, Specialist in Movement Mechanics.
