Jorge has been immersed in the world of personal training since 2014 exploring a wide range of training disciplines — including strength training, bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, endurance events like trail half marathons and more recently HYROX.

Hi, I'm Jorge Tsambourlis, a fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur on a mission to change lives through the power of strength training.

With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I've explored and immersed myself in various disciplines – from commercial bodybuilding gyms to specialized strength and conditioning centers, CrossFit boxes, Olympic lifting, boxing, HYROX and more.

Through these diverse experiences, I've come to realize that fitness is not just about building a great physique; it's about transforming every aspect of life. It's about developing mental resilience, self-belief, and pushing beyond our limits. This understanding ignited my passion to create something meaningful.

In 2022, I founded The Lift Dept, Bexley, a fitness sanctuary that cuts through the noise and fads. I believe in a no-fluffapproach to achieving real, sustainable results.
